No matter what your age or goals are, we want you to feel healthier and stronger.

Our adolescent classes are designed specifically to teenagers. We focus on building strength, improving mobility and flexibility, and teaching proper technique to prevent injuries and manage recovery. 

Classes cover fundamental exercises in a fun, supervised group setting that is tailored to your individual fitness levels and developmental stages.

Finding motivation as an adolescent can be challenging. 

For those aged 12 to 17 years wanting to improve their physical fitness, build overall strength, coordination, balance, and flexibility. We teach correct techniques and provide the foundation for performing better in sports and activities while staying injury-free. 

Our classes are aimed at all fitness levels, from gamers, athletes and everyone in between.

All classes are taken by physiotherapists, are small and are designed for individual goals, with close supervision and direction to achieve excellent technique execution.

We precede class attendance with an individual assessment to optimise your program and experience.
