No slowing down in sight.
Bob Cranage is a long time Border resident, and well known Winter sport personality who has competed as an international biathlete for years.
He competed in the M80 Masters Biathlon Championships held in Finland in March of this year.
You wouldn’t have guessed that less than 6 months ago, Bob underwent open heart surgery.
Following his recovery plan and having some physio appointments with our team, Bob was able to recover to not only participate in Finland but win 2 silver medals and 1 bronze medal at the event.
By 2027, Bob is hoping to return to compete in the M85 class and be a little fitter and stronger as he hits more of his targets.
Bob is an incredibly inspiring man and proof that there is no reason to slow down, no matter your age or health issues.
It gives our team great pleasure to play a small part in Bob’s journey and seeing him live an active life and achieve his goals.
Congratulations, Bob.
