Simone TurtonRod Farr

Rod is an accredited sports Physiotherapist, Rod established Healthfocus Physiotherapy in 1972, now consulting part time with a special interest in Neck and Low back pain and soft tissue injuries. Rod holds a Masters degree in Sports physiotherapy and a fellowship of the Australian Sports Medicine Federation.

Simone Turton

Shane Robertson

Shane, a former Director of Healthfocus, graduated from the Lincoln Institute in 1987 and holds a Master of Sports Degree. He is an APA Sports Physiotherapist and his special interests are bio-mechanical assessments of over use injuries, post surgical rehabilitation and sports injuries, assessment, rehabilitation and training. Shane has worked and played at AFL level and has considerable experience in the treatment of elite athletes. Shane is physiotherapist to the Murray Bushrangers Football Club and consults to many local football teams. He is also a part time lecturer at Charles Sturt University

 



Simone TurtonSimone Bowler

Simone originated from Ouyen in North West Victoria and studied physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University. Simone is a shareholder in Healthfocus Physiotherapy, manages our physiotherapy services provided at Albury Wodonga Private Hospital and works at our Albury clinic. In 2006, Simone completed her Post Graduate Certificate in Continence and Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation and in Musculoskeletal physiotherapy in 2011. She is currently undertaking her Masters in Musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

Jackie Le CornuMichelle Campbell

Michelle Campbell joined the Healthfocus Physiotherapy team in 2008 after graduating with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy through Charles Sturt University in 2007. Michelle has a special interest in the management of hand and upper limb injuries and has completed professional development studies in this area including upper limb splint fabrication, casting and tendon injury management. Michelle has broad clinical experience in acute musculoskeletal injuries, post operative orthopaedic rehabilitation and upper limb management. Michelle loves netball and cross country running.

Mark HiltonCarly Johnson

Carly graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2005 and has returned to Healthfocus after working and travelling in the UK. Carly is currently completing post graduate studies in Sports Physiotherapy. Her special interests include sports injury prevention and management, Pilates, post operative rehabilitation and dry needling. Carly's personal interests include travel, cooking and keeping fit.

Heine BollinghausHayley Roebuck

Hayley graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2008. Hayley grew up in Deniliquin NSW. Her interests are in sports injuries, orthopaedic rehabilitation and hydrotherapy. Hayley's sporting interests include netball, water polo and swimming

Tim RetchfordLachlan Rodd

Lachlan Rodd graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2008. Lachlan is a local Albury boy. His particular interests include sports injuries and orthopaedic rehabilitation. Lachlan has also been a major contributor to the Australian Physiotherapy Association during his studies. Lachlan is also a keen cyclist.

Tim RetchfordBriana Habermann

Briana Habermann joined the Healthfocus team in 2010 after graduating from Charles Sturt University in 2009. Since beginning her employment, Briana shares her time between the lavington clinic and the Albury-Wodonga Private Hospital. Briana's particular interests include post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation and musculoskeletal injuries. Briana's personal interests include running and netball.

Tim RetchfordJeremy Carr

Jeremy graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2005. He joined Healthfocus Physiotherapy in 2011, following working in the United Kingdom and Wangaratta. Jeremy currently operates Healthfocus Physiotherapy Corowa as well as working in our Lavington clinic, and is also a casual lecturer at Charles Sturt University. Jeremy completed post graduate studies in Sports Physiotherapy at La Trobe University and is also a credentialed McKenzie practitioner for spinal conditions. His sporting interests include cricket, football and golf.

Tim RetchfordJames Rance

James graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2011.He has also completed a degree in Exercise Science and Human Movement at Victoria University in 2007. James was born in Melbourne but has grown to love regional living. His passions lie in combining tailored exercise programs and manual physiotherapy to improve sporting performance, enhance everyday body movement and to prevent injury. James is involved with local football teams and has a keen interest in acute knee and tendon injuries. In his spare time James is an enthusiastic but beginner triathlete, enjoys a hit of golf and a good novel.

Maddy graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2011 after growing up in country Victoria. Maddy has a particular interest in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy. Maddy has worked as a sports trainer locally for several years. Her personal interests include running, cycling and music. She is currently our hydrotherapy physiotherapist.

Nathan joined the Healthfocus Physiotherapy team in 2012 after graduating from Charles Sturt University in 2011. Nathan is a local who grew up in Wodonga. Nathan's particular interests include orthopaedic rehabilitaion, sporting and musculoskeletal injuries. Nathan's personal interests include water skiing, going to the gym and social sports with family and friends.
