Shae Martello

A physiotherapist with a passion for strength and nutrition. Shae joined the Healthfocus Physiotherapy team as a New Graduate in March of 2013 after completing a Bachelor of Physiotherapy Honours at Charles Sturt University. She is an ACSA Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach, a qualified APPI Pilates instructor and completed a Diploma of Food and Nutrition in 2020. She has Graduate Certificate in Clinical Rehabilitation and a Graduate Certificate in Sports Medicine.

Shae shares her passion for exercise and healthy living with her clients. She is particularly interested in assisting adolescents and people of all ages with neurological conditions in their pursuit of living an active life. She also enjoys the sense of achievement in guiding people of all ages toward a healthy lifestyle through wholistic approach including exercise, optimal nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices.

Shae is an active promotor of the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.  She has written several blogs on health promotion that can be found at www.physiosforpa.com/blog as well as making various contributions to Australian Physiotherapy Association publications
